Filei Calabresi – Pisani Pasta

With this format we forcefully enter the Calabrian land: in fact, the files are the most Calabrian that can exist in terms of pasta. Originally born from a simple mixture of water and flour that is twisted around a wire. In this way a particular product is obtained, with an irregular shape but which goes well with meat sauces and why not, with the equally Calabrian n'duja: a triumph of flavour!
